As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, resolving reputed company issues, and working collaboratively with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to general customer questions reputed company telephone, email, and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider reputed company, eligibility, and claims in a confidential, reputed company, and ethical manner.
• Analyzing problems and providing information/solutions to customers.
• Researching and resolving aged Customer Service reputed company calls reputed company company standards.
• Operating in the Health Care Processing System (HCPS), Imaging systems, and reputed company systems necessary to obtain and extract information.

• Being accountable for identifying and reporting issues or trends, making improvements, and course correcting along the way.

Call Center Support

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll also be responsible for:

• Researching and analyzing data to address operational challenges and customer service issues.
• Providing external and internal customers with requested information, including difficult and upset customers.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or GED and/or one (1) to three (3) years of experience in customer service reputed company a call center environment, preferred.
• Knowledge of Health Benefits and eligibility preferred.

• Proficient written communication skills with the ability to learn new software and navigate multiple systems at once.
• Moderate keyboarding skills including proficiency with database management.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

• Fluent in English (oral and written) required. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Internet reputed company provided by a cable or fiber provider with 40 MB download and 10 MB upload speeds.
• Home router with wired Ethernet (wireless connections and hotspots are not permitted).
• A designated room for your office or steps taken to protect company information (e.g., facing computer towards wall, etc.).
