Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns

Minimum Requirements
