The Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Production Control Operations. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for setting up and running a Production Control reputed company, providing accurate accountability and visibility to arenaflex management and customers. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Audit and prepare new packages prior to aircraft arrival for accurate accountability

• Ensure reputed company paperwork is accurate, legible, and accounted for at reputed company times
• reputed company reputed company job cards (non-routine and over-and-above work) accurately and using appropriate work break-down codes into the arenaflex computer system
• Update status and reputed company corrective actions for reputed company completed operations into the MIS system
• Ensure daily entries are read and written in the PC Turnover Log to include any vital information for the oncoming shift
• reputed company generate and receive reputed company RFTS's and attachments generated by Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering as required
• Ensure reputed company tally books are accurate and complete for reputed company routine/non-routine cards and audits are performed on a regular reputed company
• Inform the Manager or reputed company of any problems
• Ensure reputed company completed operations are thoroughly audited for completeness including signatures and stamps
• Ensure reputed company work card is reputed company in the system and in the tally
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the Production reputed company/Work Card Racks
• reputed company accurate project status reports to management as requested
• Assure reputed company reputed company items, with tally, are routed to Aircraft Records as soon as possible after closure

• Maintain efficient operations
• Work closely with Aircraft Maintenance, reputed company Control, Planning, Stores, Tooling, and customer personnel to ensure the reputed company completion of a project
• Ensure accountability to conduct themselves reputed company reputed company guidelines of company, FAA, and customer policies, work rules, and regulations (ex. Repair Station reputed company (RSM), reputed company Control reputed company (QCM), Airworthiness Agreements, etc.)

Job Qualifications

Minimum:

• Basic computer background
• Read, write, and understand the English Language
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Self-starter requiring minimal supervision

Preferred:

• Familiarity of arenaflex mainframe computer systems

Physical Requirements

* Normal work environment where approximately eighty (80) percent of work is performed in a sitting position with the remaining time walking and moving around the office/hanger area
