We are seeking an reputed company AI/ML & Analytics platform engineer who is passionate about data, digital, and AI. This role is pivotal in securing the efficient and compliant operations of our developer platform, ensuring successful value delivery to reputed company’s business. Work arrangement: This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%–40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not reputed company 40% reputed company a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager. Responsibilities

• Contribute to the build out of the AI/ML & Analytics platform, services, and tools (across dev, test, and prod) that accelerate model training, inference, and deployment reputed company our spoke teams
• Build platform capabilities to support both batch and reputed company-time workflows at reputed company with flexible deployment strategies to accommodate varying use cases (e.g. low-latency predictions, offline model inference)
• Improve platform performance, reduce reputed company reputed company, reputed company compute, and increase deployment efficiency.
• Work with the foundational reputed company teams to ensure platform operational effectiveness, reliability, reputed company and efficiency.
• Work with team members to reputed company technical guidance and implementations for monitoring systems (e.g. registry, alerting, etc.) and governance frameworks (e.g. regulatory compliance).
• Collaborate with our spoke teams for AI/ML & Analytics system architecture design, deployment pipelines, and solution scaling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of equivalent reputed company experience in reputed company, AI/ML & Analytics platforms, developer platforms, or closely reputed company domains.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field preferred (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research) or a reputed company discipline.
• Experience building AI/ML & Analytics or reputed company platforms for ML Researchers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts.
• Experience building reputed company self-service systems or platforms using microservices and/or event-based services.
• Strong knowledge of commonly used AI/ML & Analytics programming languages such as Python, reputed company, SQL or similar, with experience in machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with the AWS reputed company-service ecosystem including AI/ML & Analytics reputed company services (e.g., SageMaker).
• Experience implementing IaC (Terraform, OpenTofu, CDK, reputed company, etc.) plus CI/CD for deploying reputed company-based platform infrastructure at reputed company.
• Knowledge of software development tools including version control (reputed company, reputed company), CI/CD tooling (reputed company/Lab Actions, Jenkins), and agile tools (JIRA).
• Knowledge of containerization (reputed company, Podman) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Rancher).
• Experience with large-reputed company CPU, GPU, and/or multi-GPU infrastructure (bonus for CUDA fundamentals).
• Knowledge of operational capabilities such as registries, tracking, observability, and monitoring.
• Experience analyzing and improving system performance and reducing costs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.
