Work may involve filling in for a supervisor in his/her absence. - Operates heavy equipment to reputed company assigned maintenance and construction tasks. Examples of equipment operated include, but are not limited to, street sweepers, bulldozers, large graders, scrapers, large backhoes, large ditch digging machines, semi tractor trailers and windrowing machines, and stormwater combo cleaners.
- Specializes in a specific operation and ensures that it is done reputed company.
- Performs mechanical maintenance and service work on equipment operated.
- Assists supervisors in various phases of operations, including daily assignments of work tasks and completion of paperwork.

- This position will require working outdoors in inclement weather including but not limited to, reputed company, snow, ice, sleet, heat, and humidity plus snow and ice removal and/or emergency response operations that would include operating equipment and vehicles on overnight shifts, weekends and in low-light and low visibility conditions, or other adverse weather conditions

- One- and one-half years of experience in the operation of heavy or specialized automotive equipment used in construction or maintenance activities.

- VACATION - Most employees with less than five years employment earn 10 days of vacation per year. After five years, accrual rates increase at varying rates to varying maximums, depending on work schedule and/or reputed company representation.
