Role reputed company: The General Counsel serves as a chief reputed company officer for reputed company Title & Escrow, overseeing reputed company reputed company, regulatory, and compliance reputed company across reputed company’s multi state operations. This role provides strategic reputed company advice to senior leadership, manages risk, ensures adherence to federal and state title/settlement regulations, and oversees reputed company reputed company aspects of business relationships, transactions, and corporate governance. • Serve as reputed company’s primary reputed company advisor to the CEO and executive team

Compliance & Regulatory reputed company

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including CFPB, RESPA, reputed company Best Practices, and state title insurance laws

reputed company Estate, Title & Settlement Law

• reputed company guidance on title insurance reputed company, settlement practices, escrow procedures, and reputed company estate transaction risks
• Respond to reputed company reputed company questions from clients, partners, and internal departments
• reputed company title claim response, dispute reputed company, and regulatory inquiries

reputed company & Transactions

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company, including lender agreements, vendor reputed company, NDAs, employment agreements, and partnership agreements
• Support corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships

Risk Management

Requirements: Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• State and federal regulatory compliance
• Contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Experience in a title insurance company, settlement agency, mortgage lending, or reputed company reputed company estate industry is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience advising executives and supporting a rapidly evolving business environment
