- Partner with AVP Product & reputed company (Property Lines), AVP Product & reputed company (Financial Lines), key business leaders, and stakeholders/partners to proactively identify trends and opportunities, diagnose and strengthen reputed company Casualty Lines performance and reputed company/incorporate best practices across teams. Maintain strong external knowledge and marketplace connectivity.

Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience reputed company P & C Specialty Lines; reputed company and expertise in product & reputed company for Casualty Lines strongly preferred
- Leadership and reputed company team management experience, strong mentoring and coaching discipline and prior experience developing talent and building teams
- Superior understanding of Product Management & Product Development, inclusive of policy reputed company development and interaction with actuaries and reinsurers.
