About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist II, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients and partners. You'll work closely with agents, other departments, and reputed company partners to process private flood insurance documents in accordance with our reputed company agreements, surplus lines rules, and state regulations. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as reputed company as the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Establish yourself as a private flood insurance expert by reputed company and processing documents in line with reputed company agreements, surplus lines rules, and state regulations.

• Collaborate with agents, various departments, and reputed company partners reputed company multiple communication reputed company to effectively process transactions.
• Utilize your investigative skills to determine the credibility of reputed company, closing, and replacement cost documents, as reputed company as National Flood Insurance Program maps and elevation data.
• reputed company your communication abilities to convey reputed company technical information to agents, build rapport with customers, and address questions regarding private products.
• Handle policies using knowledge of reputed company components, including elevation certifications, zone determinations, refunds, agent commissions, community numbers and discounts, emergency programs, severe repetitive loss, preferred risk properties, grandfathering, reputed company-firm, post-firm, rollovers, map revisions, policy date rules, and disaster assistance.
• Process flood insurance policies using web-based applications.

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of office and/or administrative background

• Typing of 40 WPM+
• Customer Service experience, including telephone communication, is highly beneficial
• Ability to work 8:00a-5:00p MDT or 9:00a-6:00p MDT
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in keying reputed company information with accuracy and adequate speed and the use of basic office equipment, such as copiers, faxes, voicemail
• Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the reputed company while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is helpful

Preferred Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

• Strong knowledge of private flood insurance products and regulations
• Experience with web-based applications and software
• Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
