As an reputed company Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. You will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions, and recommend the right solutions. Responsibilities
