As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll reputed company exceptional support to our clients reputed company the telephone, chat, and/or email to ensure tickets are tasked and routed to the correct queues. You'll validate work requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to established standards, verify work authorization, and reputed company and reputed company information into databases in accordance with established procedures. You'll also prioritize and assign daily work/tasks based on remaining SLA times, reputed company tasking, and first-in, first-out, and escalate problems or tickets to higher-level management reputed company required.
