Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is reputed company and memorable.
• Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a reputed company customer experience.
• Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items.
• Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.

• Checking in and pricing merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.

• Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.

Essential Qualifications
