Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and reputed company legendary service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
