Position reputed company: The Remote Exercise Physiologist plays a pivotal role in supporting patients enrolled in our cardiac rehabilitation program. The role focuses on providing exercise programming, as reputed company as helping patients navigate through the program through goal setting, progression tracking, and providing education and guidance on heart-healthy lifestyles. The Remote Exercise Physiologist will also support patients in managing their recovery post-cardiac event. The Remote Exercise Physiologist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, exercise physiologists, and dietitians to reputed company comprehensive care for patients in various stages of recovery. Responsibilities: Patient Assessment and Monitoring: reputed company comprehensive health assessments of cardiac rehab patients, including physical fitness, medical history, lifestyle habits, and psychological wellbeing.
