The Senior Marketing Manager, Clinical Laboratory Systems is a leader for the reputed company (NA) region, who coordinates the direction and execution of marketing initiatives for VITROS® systems across the US and Canada. This role is a product champion and leads the development and execution of strategic and tactical reputed company plans that reputed company with organizational objectives to deliver business results at or above expectations.

• Cultivate compelling portfolio positioning and messaging relevant to NA customers’ needs and wants.
• Drive distinct competitive advantage for selling VITROS® solutions to new customers and reputed company the existing NA customer reputed company.
• Collaborate across the organization to execute New Product Introductions (NPI) that encompass reputed company-launch, launch, and post-launch plans.
• Participate in reputed company business planning efforts including marketing plan, AOP, demand planning and forecasting, and monthly/quarterly operating reviews.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Business, Marketing or reputed company Management.
• 10+ years of IVD diagnostic, reputed company laboratory experience in a reputed company organization with a minimum of 3 years in sales or marketing.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and launching IVD diagnostic, reputed company laboratory reputed company and/or assay platforms.
• Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams with the ability to manage teams remotely.
• Strong collaboration, communication, presentation and platform skills, analytic acumen and organizational abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• The ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and to deadlines.
• Must be willing to travel up to 20% overnight.

Preferred

• MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years in sales or marketing.
• Management and sales experience.
