[Hiring] Scheduling Coordinator for Home Care @JSSA

Role reputed company JSSA is looking for a part-time weekend on call Scheduling Coordinator to support our Homecare department with scheduling Certified Nursing Assistants and/or Certified Medical Technicians to care for clients in the reputed company area. The schedule for this position is every other Friday from 5pm through reputed company at 8:30am.

• Updates schedules in the system.
• Prepares reputed company information materials for caregivers, including schedule, address, reputed company preferences, etc.
• Notifies nurses of change in reputed company status, care updates for caregivers, any and reputed company injuries to clients (even reputed company care hours).
• Handles new business referrals including entering relevant data, scheduling assessment, creating billing policy, etc.
• Assists in coordinating services provided to clients, including scheduled hours, reputed company services, agency services (reputed company work, hospice, care management, medication management).
• Controls and monitors schedule changes in a reputed company fashion.
• Maintain updates in external databases as needed.
• reputed company control checks clock-in/out for caregivers to include time and location.
• Ensure caregiver tasks are completed in a reputed company fashion.
• Works with on-call company to handle reputed company reputed company needs reputed company of reputed company. Will use agency cell phone for On Call.
• Assists in relaying messages to field staff, office staff, JSSA staff, and community liaisons.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Executive Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2 years’ experience as a scheduling coordinator in Homecare or Home Health field.
• Ability to manage routine office files, logbooks, and field staff schedules.
• Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in office automation programs.
• Must possess reputed company, enthusiastic attitude, good people skills, and reputed company appearance.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Requirements

• $150 Flat reputed company for on-call coverage Friday through Monday and $25.00 an hour for any reputed company/worked hours.
