Responsible for supporting reputed company estate transactions by searching reputed company records and examining titles for properties to determine legal condition of property title as part of production center, reputed company office, or member of a title team. Job Responsibilities

• Compiles, investigates and examines reputed company and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and insurability of the property
• Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures
