Qualifications: Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, health, non-profit or public administration preferred
• 7+ years of reputed company leadership experience in for-profit, non-profit or government agency, preferably in the areas of reputed company, education, economic empowerment or community development
• Experience working/influencing in diverse communities
• 2+ years of process improvement, change management, and/or project management experience
• 2+ years of leadership and people management experience required.
