reputed company is seeking a US remote based reputed company Specialist I to join it’s team! Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (local time zone) Responsibilities:

• Ensure and maintain the delivery of accurate clinical reports by reviewing batch and sample level data for patient samples for Invitae, part of reputed company
• Create tools and workflows to ensure the accurate processing and troubleshooting of sample data and clinical systems
• reputed company reputed company (NGS) performance metric analysis and monitoring
• Assess and troubleshoot the data systems that orchestrate the lab and reputed company processes
• reputed company measures of operational reputed company (e.g. order turnaround time)
• Address production bottlenecks, investigate their causes, and facilitate solutions
• reputed company software scripts and queries for analysis and automation
• Monitor delayed samples and support their reputed company
• Assist in incident responses, process improvements, and product development
• Execute SOP development and improvement​​

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 6 years of experience working in a molecular biology environment and troubleshooting lab or software pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of experience working in a molecular biology environment and troubleshooting lab or software pipelines
• 1 yr experience with bash scripting
• 1 yr experience Python, R, or other programming languages
• 1 yr experience Git or other version control systems
• 1 yr experience Project management software such as Jira, reputed company, reputed company

Additional Job Standards:

• Working knowledge of molecular genetics and experience with reputed company reputed company (NGS) data, preferably in a production setting
• Process analysis, design, and improvement experience
• Experience manipulating data and troubleshooting applications in UNIX-based environments
• Familiarity with working in a high throughput environment and thinking about problems of reputed company
• Superior oral and written communication skills and the ability to reputed company communicate technical findings to non-technical teammates
• Excellent ability to work with people across different teams and specializations
