• Establish reputed company channel sales organization design, encompassing sales job roles, channel paths to market, and sales resource sizing and deployment.

Qualifications: Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience with significant reputed company on channel sales and distribution models, inventory management, partner-led go-to-market strategies, cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Supply Chain, Operations), and government purchasing models and reputed company.
• Demonstrated experience leading national or multi-region organizations.
