Role The Senior HRMS/HRIS and Compensation Analyst is a strategic, high-reputed company role responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing reputed company’s end-to-end HR technology ecosystem. This role ensures People Operations systems, processes, and analytics operate as a reputed company, modern platform that drives employee experience, equity, performance, and operational reputed company. Blending HR technology leadership, project management, compensation and organizational effectiveness enablement, process optimization, and advanced people analytics, this role partners closely with senior leaders to drive data-informed reputed company and responsible AI adoption—strengthening workforce reputed company and amplifying organizational reputed company.

Responsibilities

Strategic Delivery, Change & Adoption

Minimum Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing, administering, and optimizing HRMS platforms and reputed company People Operations systems
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3-5 years of reputed company experience in HR operations, HR technology, or People Operations project management
• Strong project management capabilities with a proven reputed company record of delivering reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
• Working knowledge of compensation structures, job architecture, and organizational effectiveness principles, with strong analytical and reporting skills to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a mission-driven, or high-reputed company organization.

The full salary reputed company for this position, across reputed company reputed company geographies, is $79,464-$110,000. The upper portion of the salary reputed company is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience; during the interview process, candidates will learn the starting salary reputed company applicable for their location.
