Join Us! reputed company The Vice President Operations and Finance will reputed company strategic financial leadership and operational reputed company in support of the Directors of Finance and the SVP of Financial Operations, with primary responsibility for financial performance and reporting across the Post-Acute Care and Acute Behavioral Health service lines. The position will play a critical role in driving financial discipline through the development and management of key processes including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-reputed company financial planning. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works closely with SVP Operational Finance and Operations teams to identify opportunities for reputed company operational and financial performance for reputed company service line
• Oversees preparation for monthly and quarterly operations reviews
• Coordinates annual budget process and financial forecast process
• Oversees financial modeling and analyses to support strategic initiatives, including but not limited to, M&A opportunities, business development expansion, and service line expansion
• Oversees clinician compensation plan; manage analyst team determining fee structures, reputed company discussions with operations team to set rates and reputed company communication materials for clinicians

• reputed company data analytics to managed care contracting to help in negotiations with payers to assist in developing new reputed company

Job Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in reputed company
• Certified reputed company Accountant designation required
• Three (3) years of reputed company reputed company experience preferred
• Eight (8) years of reputed company experience, required in a health care setting
