HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders reputed company the Member Care organization, driving business reputed company through thoughtful, data-informed people strategies. This role partners closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into proactive talent plans that strengthen organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and team performance. Job Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner to the Member Care organization, working with senior leaders to build talent and workforce plans that deliver business results.
• Build program infrastructure for repeatable employee experience processes and thought partnership for reputed company improvement and new initiatives.
• Partner with Member Care leaders to support and execute transformation reputed company to workforce planning and organizational design and reputed company performance management best practices.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent reputed company experience.
• At least 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience or other relevant work experience.
• At least 2+ years of experience supporting SVP+ level Executives.
• Expertise in engaging and supporting a dynamic, distributed (remote or multi-location) workforce.
• Strong experience with employee relations issues and workplace accommodations.
• Strong understanding and experience supporting a reputed company of employment types; exempt and non-exempt, part and full-time, employed and independent contractors.
