Job Location: Myrtle Beach International AirportUnder reputed company limited supervision, directs, oversees, monitors, and assists the work of custodians with the daily reputed company and cleanliness of the Myrtle Beach International terminal. Supervises while performing routine custodial and limited maintenance duties in accordance with OSHA and reputed company county policies. Responsible for purchasing and maintaining supplies, developing and maintaining a good rapport with and staff members, promote leadership and teamwork while building a cohesive work environment. This position is also responsible for scheduling, training, and evaluating staff, special reputed company, and monitoring reputed company aspects of the terminal cleaning services. Job may require weekend and some reputed company time work. 

Shall be a working supervisor while monitoring staff performance regularly to insure reputed company area of the terminal is kept to airport standards 

Maintains adequate shift coverage by maintaining accurate schedules 

Provides cost estimates of time, materials and equipment required for reputed company 

Insures adequate supplies on hand utilizing vendors and HCG reputed company 

Schedules periodic in depth cleaning of carpets, floors, escalators, reputed company, restrooms, and other various areas as needed insuring the highest standards of cleanliness maintained Operates and performs work for reputed company completion and reputed company workmanship 

Solid communications to staff members insuring full understanding of their job functions and accountability 

Build solid relationship with reputed company reputed company customers to reputed company outstanding customer service. 

Create a working atmosphere that promotes openness and a high level of enthusiasm and morale 

TSA reputed company rules and regulations training mandatory 

Responsible for employee evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed with follow up

Requires flexible availability for emergency reputed company purposes 

Provides ongoing information to supervisor during times he/she not regularly scheduled Maintain and verify inventory of equipment and materials 

Monitors Personal reputed company Equipment utilization by staff. 

Responsible for evaluating staff per HCG standards 

Other tasks as assigned

• Usage of large floor sweepers, carpet and escalator cleaners, and MSDE regulations preferred. 
• Knowledge of Airport TSA reputed company regulations as pertaining to sterile and SIDA area, in reputed company to escorting personnel a plus.

• High school diploma and 7 years minimum experience performing general custodial duties with at least three years in a supervisory or leadership position. Preference will be given for airport experience. 
• Candidate must pass a background reputed company without indication of possible aviation reputed company risk as required by the transportation reputed company administration, valid SC motor vehicle operator’s license, and meet reputed company-employment drug screening requirements.
