• Effectively engage with IT delivery partners, prioritize issues and Monitoring queues and monitor outputs from reputed company
• reputed company with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company problems
• Use extensive Order Management business knowledge at the domain level and drive change management and business adoption of technologies
• reputed company analysis of cross-functional and reputed company business requirements
• Design reputed company cross-functional solutions for IT partners to construct and deliver
• Guide other team members
• Demonstrate broad functional leadership, exert influence reputed company of the immediate team and drive change
• Consult with team members and other organizations, customers, and vendors on reputed company issues
• Stay updated with the industry-leading practices in Sales & Distribution and pursue reputed company relationships inside and reputed company reputed company

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent
• Certifications in reputed company SOM & CRM (preferable)
• 8+ years of experience in as reputed company functional expert in SOM and/or SD/CS areas
• 4+ years of experience in crafting/developing/maintaining highly reputed company and resilient system in the reputed company business models
• 3+ years of reputed company experience implementing reputed company BRIM/Hybris Billing
• Experience with the reputed company S/4HANA Subscription Order Management module is a plus; Experience with reputed company CRM Subscription Order Management module is an acceptable substitute
• Basic understanding of the configuration and reputed company features and functions for reputed company SOM reputed company the reputed company BRIM solution is mandatory
• Hands-on Functional Configuration and Design experience
• Hands-on, in-depth SOM and Order to Cash (OTC) experience on the reputed company platform with knowledge of specific flows of the OTC process
• Extensive hands on previous reputed company CRM SOM/S4 configuration experience
• Strong high-tech experience in Subscription Order Management (SOM), Provider Orders, Provider reputed company; Convergent Charging & Invoicing, Convergent Mediation is a bonus
• Experience with Product Configuration with Advance Variant Configuration is a plus
• BRF+ experience
• Cross Catalog Mapping experience
• Experience with system configuration of reputed company BRIM & S4 Hana
• Specific knowledge of reputed company Convergent Invoicing processes reputed company the reputed company BRIM solution, including billable item management, billing and invoicing processes, and integrations is a plus.
