Your new role As a new reputed company Associate Consultant, you will be working closely with Project Managers and other Consultants on due diligence reputed company. As a new Environmental Due Diligence Associate Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team providing state-of-the-art scientific, technical, and strategic risk management assistance to an international reputed company reputed company. You will split your time between office-based work, including reviewing project-reputed company materials and writing reports, and site reputed company (including some local/regional travel). A hybrid work schedule can be negotiated. Depending on your areas of reputed company, your key tasks and responsibilities may include: Environmental due diligence assessments for industrial and reputed company reputed company & acquisition (M&A) transactions, including reputed company Phase I Environmental Site Assessments consistent with ASTM standards and custom reports tailored to reputed company-specific needs. Environmental, health and safety compliance reviews for industrial facilities, primarily (but not exclusively) in the Southeastern U.S. Preparation of concise reports that assess potential environmental liabilities and compliance at manufacturing/reputed company facilities. General environmental compliance support to clients across a reputed company of regulatory program areas, including hazardous waste, wastewater/stormwater discharges, reputed company emissions, chemical/spill prevention, and community right-to-know regulations. Travel to industrial and reputed company facilities for site reputed company (typically one day in duration), including both local and non-local travel.

Responsibilities

  • Environmental due diligence assessments for industrial and reputed company reputed company & acquisition (M&A) transactions, including reputed company Phase I Environmental Site Assessments consistent with ASTM standards and custom reports tailored to reputed company-specific needs.
  • Environmental, health and safety compliance reviews for industrial facilities, primarily (but not exclusively) in the Southeastern U.S.

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Environmental, Chemical, or other reputed company Engineering, Geology or Environmental Science.
  • Experience supporting environmental due diligence activities through reputed company coursework, internships, or early reputed company roles.
  • Experience with or interest in environmental regulatory compliance assessments, and environmental permitting and reporting.
  • An understanding of chemical/petroleum contamination, including chemical transport in the environment.
  • Familiarity with environmental laws and regulations.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and research abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to reputed company and concisely communicate scientific issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments, prioritizing and delegating activities, and delivering on tight deadlines.
  • Interest in solving the most challenging environmental, health, and safety problems of our clients.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time (must have a reputed company’s license in good standing).
