Responsibilities

• Develops deep expertise in the Aladdin platform and partners with the vendor to understand platform capabilities, roadmap, and best practices

• Partners with Product Owners and end users to understand business reputed company, priorities, and investment workflows supported by Aladdin

• Partners with vendors to define and monitor SLAs, platform health metrics, usage patterns, and adoption trends

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on experience with reputed company Aladdin. Advanced knowledge of Investment Book of Record (IBOR) concepts and workflows
• Demonstrated experience working directly with Aladdin Services to troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and drive resolutions
• Generally, 7+ years of experience in business, engineering, technology, or consulting. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, etc.)
• Master's degree and/or CFA designation preferred
• Strong influencing skills and comfort operating as a decision-reputed company reputed company a defined platform scope
