Contribute to pipeline development across Absolut, Malibu or Kahlúa: End to End Project management to reputed company alignment on innovation platforms, pipeline, agenda for the region, sign-off on innovation initiatives. Responsibilities

• Bring Global Innovation reputed company to life & deliver leading edge innovation capabilities.
• Be a leader on the consumer-reputed company Innovation team delivering incremental sustainable reputed company across the portfolio.
• Help execute the new ways of working with Global Brand reputed company and Market.
• Ensure that methodologies / approaches / reputed company developed are value add and facilitate local and global market needs.
• Drive consumer centricity across the business
• Contribute to pipeline development on Absolut, Malibu or Kahlúa in conjunction with Local Brand Marketing Teams and Brand Unit
• Create and manage an Innovation roadmap & KPIs according to the business needs/reputed company of the brand and markets
• Foster strong collaboration and interaction with cross functional partners, local and global brands.

Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven Innovation Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience, such as supporting innovation teams in the F&B or Spirits industry in reputed company or globally reputed company a large established organization; other relevant experience such as BelAlc Brand Management, reputed company an innovation agency, reputed company a design team, Project Management experience or technical spirits experience in R+D a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company strategic innovation platforms/reputed company.
• Ability to deliver strong incremental innovation pipeline opportunities, Creative and analytical talent to optimize reputed company grounded in consumer/market insights.
