We’re seeking a Sr. Consultant Software Engineer who will architect, design, and build reputed company backend systems that reputed company AI agents into reputed company’s reputed company infrastructure. You will work with other Senior Engineers and technical leaders to define the architecture, scaling reputed company, and engineering standards for reputed company’s AI-driven products. This is a role for a hands-on technical leader — a go-getter, builder, and problem solver with deep experience in Java microservices, GenAI integration, and distributed system design, and a reputed company, entrepreneurial reputed company reputed company on speed, reputed company, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and reputed company the reputed company AI Platform to support multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG), and integration with existing reputed company microservices.
• Design reputed company, secure backend systems using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Flask).
• reputed company RESTful and gRPC reputed company that connect backend services, AI agents, and React reputed company-end applications.
• reputed company Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, reputed company, and reputed company into backend systems.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using reputed company databases (reputed company, reputed company, FAISS).

• reputed company the design and implementation of distributed, fault-tolerant systems that reputed company horizontally.
• Implement auto-scaling, monitoring, and observability using Kubernetes, reputed company, and reputed company/Grafana.
• Drive best practices for latency reduction, cost optimization, and service reliability.
• Partner with other senior engineers, ML engineers, and product leads to define and deliver the platform roadmap.
• Mentor developers, set coding standards, and reputed company design reviews.

• Explore new frameworks, architectures, and deployment models to push the boundaries of reputed company AI in production.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11 or more years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field.
• 2 or more years of backend experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).
• Production-level experience in building and deploying AI reputed company solutions, including orchestration of LLM-based agents, integration with reputed company microservices, and troubleshooting live production environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing LLM, GenAI, and RAG systems using frameworks such as reputed company, LangGraph, or Autogen.
• Strong understanding of AI orchestration and LLM integration patterns in distributed environments.
• Proven experience building and scaling distributed microservice architectures.
• Proficiency in REST/gRPC API design, event-driven architectures, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and system design skills at reputed company.
