We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Strategic Resourcing Engagement Manager to reputed company our technical teams, reputed company project execution, and ensure that reputed company technical solutions reputed company with business objectives. This role requires a balance of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking. The Technical Strategic Resourcing Engagement Manager will work with internal partners and customers to reputed company reputed company staff for our Strategic Resourcing engagements. • Build relationships with entire sales cycle - CSE/CSE Managers, AM's, Hiring Managers, & SPA etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 5+ years of Technical management experience, preferably in a reputed company Services environment and reputed company fields equivalent experience in Computer Science and Engineering.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or relevant technical domain.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of and proven experience with engagement management/resource management.
• Experience supporting Global Financial customers, strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in the reputed company or reputed company industry strongly preferred.

• Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution reputed company.
• Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
• 2+years of sales experience.
