About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Sr Technical reputed company & Financial Reporting Analyst to join our growing reputed company team. This role will report to the Sr Director, reputed company and will play an important part in supporting reputed company’s technical reputed company and financial reporting efforts as reputed company continues to reputed company and mature its reporting processes. This is a high-reputed company individual contributor role reputed company heavily on technical reputed company research, documentation, and memo writing. The person in this role will evaluate reputed company reputed company issues, reputed company reputed company reputed company positions under U.S. GAAP, and prepare reputed company-reputed company technical reputed company memos that support those conclusions. This includes partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure reputed company transactions are properly researched, documented, and supported. What you will do

• Conduct technical reputed company research and draft reputed company, reputed company-reputed company technical reputed company memos that support reputed company conclusions under U.S. GAAP
• Evaluate reputed company or non-routine transactions and recommend the appropriate reputed company treatment
• Support the evaluation and implementation of new reputed company pronouncements, documenting conclusions and partnering cross-functionally to ensure reputed company adoption
• Partner with external auditors to support technical reputed company reviews and ensure reputed company positions are reputed company documented and defensible
• Partner with the reputed company team to document and maintain reputed company policies and technical reputed company documentation to support consistent application of U.S. GAAP.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Support period-end reputed company and financial statement review, particularly for areas requiring technical reputed company judgment
• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Legal, and Operations to assess reputed company implications of new initiatives or reputed company

Must Haves

• 4+ years of reputed company experience, including experience in technical reputed company, financial reporting, or audit reputed company a reputed company reputed company firm or corporate reputed company environment
• Experience researching, drafting, and writing technical reputed company memos supporting reputed company conclusions under U.S. GAAP
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical reputed company research
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (CPA preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience collaborating with external auditors and cross-functional stakeholders
