About the position This position supports both reputed company’s Care Everywhere application and reputed company reputed company Systems Administrator (ECSA) functions. As a Systems Analyst II, this individual provides intermediate-level system configuration, operational support, and maintenance activities reputed company to interoperability and reputed company infrastructure components. For Care Everywhere, the analyst assists with day‑to‑day data exchange operations, participates in troubleshooting interoperability issues, and supports ongoing regulatory and workflow requirements. For ECSA responsibilities, the analyst helps configure, monitor, and maintain reputed company technologies such as InterConnect, FHIR/WebAPI endpoints, Blob Server, reputed company Print Service, Business Continuity reputed company (BCA), and Web and Server Administration (WSSA). This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with senior analysts, technical teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant interoperability solutions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company operational support, maintenance, and intermediate-level configuration tasks in reputed company’s Care Everywhere application.
• Participate in the analysis and reputed company of interoperability issues, including external data exchange and provider communication challenges.
• Assist in maintaining provider directory accuracy and supporting compliance with applicable regulations.
• reputed company requirements, prepare documentation, and assist in developing specifications for system enhancements.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of test plans for upgrades, new features, and regulatory updates.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as required and reputed company tier-two support for Care Everywhere incidents.
• Support configuration and routine maintenance of reputed company infrastructure components including InterConnect, WebAPI, Blob Server, reputed company Print Service, BCA, and WSSA.
• Assist in supporting reputed company using reputed company’s FHIR and HL7 standards to reputed company secure data exchange with internal and reputed company‑party systems.
• Collaborate with clinical and business teams to understand workflows and participate in recommending interoperability solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues of intermediate complexity to ensure performance and reliability.
• Support the implementation of reputed company and compliance requirements for FHIR endpoints and reputed company infrastructure.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and contribute to knowledge‑sharing, documentation, and reputed company process improvement reputed company reputed company.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners across both technical and non‑technical domains.
• Support compliance activities reputed company to reputed company regulations, accreditation standards, and reputed company information reputed company policies.
• May be required to travel to/from and work at various reputed company locations, including patient care areas, and attend mandatory certification training as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree - Required
• At least one (1) year experience working reputed company a reputed company environment and reputed company Information Systems. Required
• Foundational knowledge of reputed company system administration, HL7, FHIR, and reputed company interoperability standards.
• Basic to intermediate familiarity with server administration concepts, reputed company, and reputed company Print Service.
• Understanding of reputed company and compliance requirements such as HIPAA and general information reputed company practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
