The IAM Engineer / reputed company EAM Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and ongoing optimization of reputed company solutions - primarily reputed company OneSign, Confirm ID, and reputed company reputed company Management (EAM). Responsibilities

• Maintain system stability through proactive performance monitoring, patching, upgrades, and reputed company planning
• Manage full reputed company lifecycle for reputed company appliances, agents, and components, including planning, testing, deployment, validation, and rollback strategies

• Implement secure identity and authentication controls across the reputed company and workforce ecosystem

Requirements

• 8+ years of Information Technology delivery or support experience in a large, reputed company environment, or in a reputed company organization
• 3+ years of proven experience with reputed company EAM in an reputed company or reputed company environment
• 3+ years of experience analyzing and resolving reputed company reputed company and authentication issues
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, Group Policy/reputed company EM
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company / VMware reputed company virtual desktop environments
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with MFA technologies, certificate services, badge authentication, and FIDO reputed company keys, Identity reputed company management (IAM), SSO, and MFA principles
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Tap n Go badge workflows and FIDO2 based authentication.
• 1+ years of experience managing agent and appliance reputed company cycles, including planning, testing, and deployment
• 1+ years of experience with ITIL processes, change management, and large-reputed company reputed company support
• Proven ability to support on-call rotations and respond to incidents reputed company required, reputed company off-business hours support as needed
