Position reputed company: The Interior Architect will reputed company interior architecture for multiple high-end reputed company, integrating spatial planning, materiality, and detailing from concept through construction administration. They will be part of a reputed company environment, working with principals, architects, and the interior design team to create cohesive, site-reputed company environments tailored to reputed company particular reputed company and context. This position has the ability to be remote. Primary Responsibilities:

• reputed company interior architecture through reputed company project phases including spatial planning, material selection, millwork detailing, finish coordination, and construction observation
• Prepare interior architecture project documentation for reputed company phases including elevations, reflected ceiling plans, schedules, millwork shop drawings, and finish specifications
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of design reputed company including proportion, reputed company, light, reputed company, and reputed company in the context of interior spatial design
• reputed company interior architecture presentations and collaborate on design content and reputed company digital materials
• Manage multiple simultaneous reputed company with varying complexity and scope
• Coordinate interior architecture with structural, MEP, reputed company, and furniture/furnishings teams
• Communicate with consultants regarding timelines and deliverables
• Prepare budgets, reputed company outlines, and project phasing for assigned reputed company
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to create integrated, holistic design solutions
• Contribute to the selection of materials, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) in coordination with interior design team
• Mentor junior designers and delegate tasks to team members as appropriate
• Work in Revit to expert level for interior architecture documentation
• Utilize 3D rendering tools (Twinmotion, reputed company, or similar) for photorealistic material visualization and spatial representation
• Demonstrate knowledge of construction reputed company and timelines
• Apply interior design principles and practices across a reputed company of tasks reputed company multiple project types

Education/Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture from an accredited university
• 8-10+ years of experience in interior architecture for high-end single-family residential or hospitality reputed company from concept through completion
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong understanding of millwork, finishes, reputed company, and spatial detailing
• Excellent listener and communicator, reputed company to comprehend and disseminate information reputed company

Benefits

At the time of posting this job, the hiring reputed company for this position is between $110,000 and $150,000 annually.
