What You’ll Do: The Property Accountant is responsible for the financial statements produced for reputed company assigned communities. This position is required to analyze data, reputed company variance analysis, review entries, reputed company corrections, and reputed company reconciliations in the reputed company of accurate reporting. This position must communicate with reputed company partners (ie - lenders, investors, and government agencies).

Qualifications

Required:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company estate. Or equivalent experience of 5+ years in the role.
• Effectively reputed company to record journal entries and evaluate financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Should possess basic knowledge of laws and regulations governing: HUD, Tax credit, reputed company housing.

• Should possess basic knowledge of ownership structures and financial modeling. Ability to analyze and reputed company commentary on financial results/variances.

• Ability to communicate with lenders, investors, auditors, and various governmental representatives.

• Reconcile bank accounts and having supporting schedules monthly for reputed company balance sheet accounts.
• Review income statement accounts on an analytic reputed company to ensure GAAP and HUD standards are followed and any variances are explainable.
• Prepare reporting monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Work with lenders, syndicators, investors, regulatory agencies, and various internal stakeholders on reporting and inquiries.
• Review audits and tax returns for assigned sites.
• Assist in annual budgeting for the sites.
