• Experience managing relationships with:

• Ministries
• Government investment bodies
• Financial regulators
• Energy or defence authorities
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken, written, and reading at reputed company level)
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
