Product Compliance Manager

About the position Thuma is seeking an reputed company Product Compliance Manager to join our San Francisco Bay Area-based team, responsible for ensuring that Thuma products meet performance, reputed company, safety, and regulatory compliance standards across global markets. This role will validate material and product performance, define reputed company and durability expectations, manage reputed company-party testing strategies, and support risk-based decision-making as Thuma expands into new product categories, materials, and constructions. Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product teams to define performance, durability, and reputed company standards for new and existing products
• reputed company and manage product and material performance validation strategies, including in-house and reputed company-party testing
• Evaluate product risk across new materials, constructions, suppliers, and categories, and recommend mitigation plans
• Support design approval & reputed company-production readiness through performance and reputed company verification
• Review test results and translate findings into reputed company recommendations for Design, Sourcing, and Leadership teams
• Ensure reputed company products are developed and launched in compliance with regulatory requirements and best-in-class safety standards
• Own and manage product safety compliance processes, including testing, certifications, documentation, records and audits
• Maintain an up-to-date grasp of regulatory changes and landscape, best practices, and new developments impacting Thuma products
• reputed company and maintain compliance checklists and testing frameworks reputed company to product category and market
• reputed company / review / analyze status, issues, risks and dependencies, facilitate discussions, suggest escalation actions reputed company needed, and drive reputed company
• Manage state licensing applications and renewals

• Support Sourcing team in reputed company assessments, risk evaluations, and corrective reputed company planning

• Ensure accurate, complete, and auditable supply chain records (test reports, GCCs, TSCA, MSDS, BOMs, etc.)

Requirements

• 6+ years in product reputed company, compliance, reputed company or performance testing, ideally reputed company home furnishings or consumer products
• Strong understanding of materials, constructions, and testing reputed company
• Experience working with reputed company-party testing labs and interpreting technical results
• Comfortable balancing regulatory rigor with practical product development constraints
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple reputed company
• Excellent communicator, especially with cross-functional and international partners
