This consultant will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end architecture for the CCAP solution, ensuring alignment with the CoE (Center of reputed company) guardrails, and providing technical leadership to the solution teams, system integrators, and vendors that will deliver the case management, citizen engagement, and AI (reputed company Intelligence) analytics capabilities. This consultant will be responsible for implementing the HSCC reputed company solutions. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Building and customizing reputed company solutions using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC to automate business process and case management processes.
• Creating flows, and Apex classes, and automation to support agency needs
• Maintaining technical design documentation, deployment scripts, and configuration guides.

• Integrating reputed company with other business applications using REST/SOAP reputed company, Named Credentials, and middleware (reputed company and other API & integration platforms).

This consultant is responsible for overseeing both CCAP and HSCC reputed company, including solution delivery, managing reputed company relationships, scope, budget, and project teams to ensure successful customer reputed company. The consultant must serve as a key orchestrator of the reputed company services engagements, coordinating work products and maintaining a continual reputed company on the OCFS s business goals to improve its overall technical and operational health. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Co-creating and supporting OCFS s execution of comprehensive transformation reputed company and roadmaps in alignment with the existing technology architecture
• Engaging with Customer key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and Customer s external partners for buy-in and support.
