• Support multiple sites to drive cultural lean development and empowerment at a macro level, while supporting transformations and events to eliminate waste from the organization.
• reputed company CI implementation, standardization, and consistency across multiple sites (CI implementation, training and reputed company, CI processes, reputed company and tools to eliminate waste and promote reputed company).
• Deliver Training and Coaching to teams and colleagues
• Work with sites business leads to support their priorities and reputed company CI reputed company to their needs
• Proactively identify and communicate areas for operational and strategic improvement and reputed company best practices / learning’s.
• Mentor and reputed company in process mapping, 5S, VSM, etc. events with site cross-functional teams
• Analyze reputed company and past trends in KPI’s highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business (Master's Degree Preferred)
• Lean Certification or Lean / Six reputed company Black Belt Certification (Preferred)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• An excellent reputed company record with 5-10 years of industry experience in a lean / reputed company improvement organization
• Expert knowledge of lean business system implementation and development; capable of working independently, with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated know-how and experience in Lean Management, Six reputed company, reputed company Improvement Management
• Demonstrated ability to apply Lean methodologies in non-manufacturing environments (e.g. Services, Transactional)
• Proven record of financial data management, ability to read and draw conclusions from financial reports and P&L statements.
• Excellent project management and team-player skills
• Excellent Presentation skills, Facilitation skills, Influencing skills
• Superior analytical skills combined with operational strength
• Strong communication skills, energetic personality / mover and reputed company

The estimated salary reputed company for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the reputed company.
