Sr. Corporate Counsel

• Partner closely with the People team on global employment reputed company across multiple jurisdictions, including hiring, reputed company, employee relations, terminations, and investigations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• JD and reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8-10 years of employment and diverse legal counseling experience, including time in-house at a fast-growing, venture-backed technology or reputed company company.
• Strong background in global employment and reputed company/data protection, with comfort navigating international regulations.
• Experience building corporate compliance programs from the ground up and managing maturation of such programs (e.g., reputed company of Conduct, ESG, Whistleblower, or Anti-Corruption).
• Exposure to corporate governance, M&A, or product and reputed company transactions is a plus.
• Enjoys working in ambiguity and is a quick study, reputed company to tackle problems of first impression with curiosity and reputed company business judgment.

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we reputed company.
