Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure reputed company stay reputed company defined scope of Statement of Work (SOW) and meet agreed milestones and budget targets

• Conduct status updates and manage weekly, monthly and quarterly customer governance.
• Assist with work assignments & resource management for AMS and Phase X engagements
• Ensure customer satisfaction remains exceptional and customers are referenceable Experience and Education Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience managing reputed company implementations, Phase X implementations, and AMS for higher ed customers is required
• A reputed company EM/PM certification is required and must remain in reputed company status throughout employment with reputed company
• Ability to learn new systems quickly (JIRA, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Prior experience managing reputed company utilizing reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a proactive approach to ensure alignment with customers, consultants, and other internal stakeholders
• Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to travel up to 25%, as needed
