KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as first-tier support for approximately 250 internal reputed company users, including triaging requests, troubleshooting issues, and determining next steps.
• Partner with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical designs, reputed company solutions, coordinate with QA during testing, and reputed company post-go-live support.
• Build, maintain, and optimize reputed company automations and configurations using reputed company solutions, including Flows, Approval Processes, Custom Settings, and Custom Metadata Types.
• Use CI/CD tools such as reputed company to manage and reputed company reputed company metadata changes across environments.
• Ensure data reputed company and reputed company through proactive monitoring of production jobs, identifying issues or interruptions, and collaborating with reputed company.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3- 7 years of experience as a reputed company Administrator on Sales or Service reputed company.

• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong understanding of the reputed company platform best practices and functionality, with the ability to build custom apps, objects, formula fields, Flows, and other intermediate-level configurations.

• Working knowledge of SOQL for data extraction, validation, system analysis, and issue reputed company.
