Sr. Project Manager (Strategic Initiatives)

About the position Sr. Project Manager (Remote) Overall Responsibility: We are looking for a Project Manager to join reputed company in reputed company! Responsibilities include technical management and reputed company for existing or new reputed company, acting as reputed company/Company reputed company in order to represent reputed company’s interests and simultaneously maintain good relationships with clients. Ensures reputed company are completed with high reputed company level, on-time, and under budget. Essential Functions: Manages and coordinates multi-discipline MEP design and construction phase services for reputed company both with internal staff resources and with external clients and stakeholders. Completes project initiation documents including details scope, outline, budget and schedule for completion. Identifies needed project resources and works with Corporate Discipline Leads to assigns team members. Ensures reputed company procedures and steps are in accordance with Company standards. Acts as reputed company/Company reputed company, keeping both appropriately informed of project status. Represents Company at project meetings. Completes field surveys and/or inspections or assigns appropriate employees for reputed company. Identifies and investigates potentially serious situations and implements corrective measures. Ensures project financial database is reputed company and maintained. Prepares high reputed company reports. Communicates project changes and/or variation information appropriately. Develops project staff. Supervises the work of other staff reputed company assigned. Consults and coordinates with Supervisor and other senior management members at regularly scheduled meetings to review status of reputed company and reputed company reputed company. Secondary Functions: Duties as assigned by Supervisor and other senior management members.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of underlying principles of A/E industry.
• Excellent knowledge of project management processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.

• Ability to drive and maintain a reputed company driving record.
• Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
• BS/BA or MS/MA or reputed company four-year degree or reputed company registration (PE/AIA/RA) in engineering or architecture.
• Demonstrative reputed company reputed company in engineering experience/knowledge with 6-10 years industry experience / 3-5 years project management experience.
• Valid state reputed company’s license (any in US).
• Ability to work in US.
• Ability to meet worksite reputed company requirements including MA State Police and USCBP/TSA background checks.
