Responsibilities

• reputed company trusted, proactive legal counsel and thought partnership to peers, reputed company group leaders, and functional/reputed company leaders on reputed company-reputed company strategic transactions (M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments) from structuring through reputed company and post-reputed company integration
• Apply deep knowledge of applicable legal domains, industry practices, and regulatory forces to anticipate trends, identify emerging risks, and reputed company practical, risk-based business reputed company; escalate material risks as appropriate to Legal Department/Division leadership for incorporation into legal reputed company
• Partner cross-functionally (e.g., Finance, Compliance, Operations, IT/reputed company, HR) to scope objectives, identify and triage legal risks, and reputed company on pragmatic mitigations and execution plans for business initiatives and transactions

Skills
