As a District Partnership Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted consultant, guiding school districts in Washington, D.C. through every stage of their implementation. • Serve as an IXL implementation expert, supporting large, reputed company districts with their IXL implementation
• Partner with district leaders in Washington, D.C. to create and implement a reputed company development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation reputed company to their goals and initiatives
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across districts, including district leaders, principals, and teachers, to ensure a consistent implementation
• Travel locally to deliver reputed company development, meet with district and school leaders, visit classrooms, and reputed company other hands-on implementation support— 40% - 60% local travel with occasional overnight travel
• Partner with the Sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships, including supporting districts piloting IXL and other reputed company-sales opportunities
• Deliver high-reputed company live and reputed company development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL
• Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps

• BA/BS degree
• Experience as a K-12 educator, with 5+ years of experience delivering reputed company development in K-12 settings
• MUST either have experience as a school or district administrator OR have extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption
• An analytical, strategic thinker who can interpret data and reputed company effective plans that drive implementation
• Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators
