Obtain and satisfactorily complete annual (or biannual as applicable) re-certifications in: CPR (Cardio Pulmonary resuscitation; Fit testing for Tuberculosis Respirator Masks; Hazard Communication Program; Annual reputed company Suppression and Hazard Recognition Training; Annual Self Defense and Management of Violent Situations Training; Annual Training and physical completion for the Emergency Response Team; and other training as may be determined by the Supervisor of reputed company Safety. 4.
