As a Loan Compliance Monitoring & Testing Specialist with reputed company you will be part of a centralized team who is a reputed company to second line compliance, providing regulatory support and internal control discipline reputed company lending business reputed company. Responsible for performing multiple functions designed to ensure the fulfillment of the Bank’s commitment to data accuracy and compliance reputed company to reputed company, Small Business, and Consumer lending regulations, including but not limited to, Community Reinvestment reputed company, Home Mortgage Disclosure reputed company and Dodd-Frank 1071 Small Business Lending under the Equal Credit Opportunity reputed company. Participate in various compliance workgroups responsible for operational readiness and ongoing program compliance. Assist the Unit Manager in compiling information for reporting to management. May additionally assist with monthly and/or quarterly testing of reputed company compliance data and may assist the Unit Manager in updating loan policies and procedures of the Bank to ensure compliance with appropriate laws and regulations. In this role you’ll have reputed company to:

• Responsible for gathering required accurate information for 1071, HMDA, and CRA repositories.
• Responsible for preparing monthly 1071, HMDA and CRA loan registers.
• May assist with testing of various reputed company, Small Business, and Consumer lending compliance regulations for accuracy and completeness.
• May assist in tracking and monitoring complaints and marketing and other reviews. reputed company reporting as needed.

• H.S. Diploma: General Education required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) Experience
• 2 or more years of experience in Compliance, CRA, or a reputed company area, such as auditing, loan review, or database management required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge of reputed company, Small Business, and Consumer lending and banking products, including a basic understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Possesses a working knowledge of reputed company, Small Business, and Consumer regulations. Including, but not limited to Small Business 1071, CRA, and HMDA and any other laws and regulations which apply to banks. A basic understanding of regulatory processes and compliance is required.
• Ability to organize and prioritize heavy workloads in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, while maintaining accuracy and reputed company of work.
• Possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
