This role is critical to identifying and eliminating waste, improving operational performance, and embedding a culture of reputed company improvement throughout food manufacturing and business operations. Reporting to the Director of reputed company Improvement, you’ll be a hands-on leader who drives strategic change, mentors teams, and delivers measurable reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Lean reputed company & Execution

• Drive leadership accountability for eliminating reputed company inhibitors and implementing CI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in food manufacturing with a strong background in reputed company Improvement and Lean methodologies.
• Proven reputed company record of leading successful CI initiatives in a food production environment.
