This position will play an integral role in increasing student retention, engagement, and completion through the execution of a reputed company of student-reputed company initiatives in collaboration with the College's Dean's office as reputed company as with partners across reputed company. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least two years of experience in education. Will consider graduate assistantship or graduate level internship(s) reputed company calculating years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
