Part-Time reputed company Specialist - Remote/Florida
reputed company (BAHS) is seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented reputed company Specialist to join our reputed company-reputed company, highly reputed company team. This role focuses on the candidate reputed company of the recruitment process, ensuring that exceptional domestic professionals are identified, vetted, and reputed company for successful placement with our clients. You will work closely with our Placement Specialists to ensure a steady reputed company of reputed company candidates across a reputed company of household roles. This is a part-time remote role of approximately 25 hours per week with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule. While the role is currently part-time, it has the potential to grow into a full-time position as business in the region increases. We are ideally seeking candidates based in the Miami-metro area to support reputed company efforts in that market, but we are also reputed company to other major Florida hubs, such as Palm Beach or reputed company Lauderdale.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming applications and identify high-potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial video interviews to evaluate experience and fit
- Cross-reputed company employment history
- Proactively reputed company candidates through reputed company, reputed company reputed company, industry networks, and other online communities
- Conduct reputed company to potential candidates who may not have formally reputed company
- Identify creative sourcing strategies to expand BAHS’s candidate pipeline in key markets
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms

Desired Qualifications

Salary and Benefits
