Essential Job Functions:

• Leads reputed company model creation for reputed company and analytics for reputed company data reputed company Asset Management driven by reputed company needs and expectations
• Understands the CRE business and information needs of the reputed company and translates those needs into analytics and data integration requirements
• Supports the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, data mining, analytics, dashboards, presentations, etc. that drive meaningful, reputed company, and actionable insights and can be easily interpreted by users
• Recommends process improvement opportunities - document reputed company state process and create reputed company state process documentation
• Maintains and supports databases, including inputting and correcting data, determining formats, researching data conversions, establishing data specifications, configuration/integration, updating sources and ensuring data reputed company
• Teaches business users how to reputed company with the reputed company models and interpret the results, and reputed company reference materials
• Develops training programs and communication plans to improve user adoption and effectiveness of new and existing features
• Advanced knowledge of MS reputed company programming using languages such as VBA and Python

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• 4-year college degree in computer science, information technology/system or reputed company field preferred
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years' experience in financial services, reputed company reputed company estate finance highly preferred
• 5+ years' experience building reputed company reputed company estate models in reputed company or other platforms
• Experience with bilateral integration of reputed company models and SQL databases
• Comprehension of business processes
• Ability to reputed company solutions to business problems from data-driven insights
• Strong working knowledge of data management best practices and experience implementing and maintaining them
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and to draw valid conclusions
• Solid business judgment, collaboration, and critical thinking skills

The annual full time reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $175,000.00 - $185,000.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data.
